Voucher conditions
- Products are excluded
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per visit
- No entitlement to payment of the cash amount
- Credit only for services
Terms of payment
- Validity of a deposit is limited to 3 years
- Deposits for appointment reservations will be charged in full with the service
- Cancellations before 24 hours will be accepted
- Cancellations after 24 hours forfeit the right to a refund
- We are at your disposal for refund requests
- Refunds of a deposit are generally possible minus a fee of 10%
